Retroscope - Cultural Film Festival
Retroscope is an indie animation festival focused on showcasing what makes the vast art of animation so special, and to give alternative, thought-provoking storytelling a new home in YYC. Our challenge was to use typography to create a kitschy and engaging brand for fellow movie lovers. Taking inspiration form old-school animation, we used layered analog techniques to create a sense of movement in our designs.
